M.A Clin Psych (WITS), B. Psych Hons (UL)

I am a Clinical Psychologist working in Parktown North. I offer short and long term psychotherapy for:

  • Children (Play therapy)
  • Adolescents/ Teenagers
  • Adults

I started my journey as a trauma counsellor at W.F Knobel Hospital with victims of trauma and traumatic loss. I then pursued my MA in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS).

I started my clinical psychology internship at Rahima-Moosa Mother and Child Hospital; gaining experience in child therapy, parent counselling and psychometric assessments. I completed my second placement of internship at Helen Joseph Hospital working with a vast variety of adult psychological difficulties in individual therapy, couple counselling and family therapy. My community service year was completed at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital working with adult inpatients suffering from psychiatric conditions and offering psychological services for outpatients from the surrounding communities.

Seeking psychological help can be a daunting experience; however, investing in psychological well being may assist in improving quality of life.I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space to explore internal and interpersonal difficulties experienced at different points in life.
